WG in Hamburg
Hello everyone,
We are offering a 3-person shared flat for a beautiful apartment with 3 rooms plus common bathroom and kitchen. This flat has just undergone a core redevelopment
and is ready for new residents. The individual rooms will be ready to move in from November 1st 2020, but we are open for people who would already like to move
from October 15th 2020.
Age and sex are not important, however this is a non-smoking and non-pet apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the district of Eißendorf, which borders directly with Harburg, in the south of Hamburg. Due to the proximity to the city park of Harburg, various recreational and leisure activities are available.
Harburg's city center is only a few minutes' walk away and offers a S-Bahn connection to downtown Hamburg or to Buxtehude/ Stade. The bus stop "Harmstraße", which is served by several lines (e.g. 145 and 245), is located about 100 m from the building. This means that you can reach Hamburg city center in less than 30 minutes. The connection to the long-distance traffic is also ideal. The A1 and A7 freeways are just a few minutes' drive away. A wide range of shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.
Our shared apartment is located on the first floor of a very well-kept apartment building built in 1964. In the building, there are only six residential units, which are
distributed over three floors.
A large cellar room and a lockable storage room in the attic are at the disposition of our tenants. In addition, there is a common drying room
for the whole building. The living space of the entire WG is approximately 66 m².
